GUIDELINES TO ENHANCE THE COMFORT & SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS
At Bear Den, we take great care to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We kindly request that you and your party adhere to the following policies to the hotel property:
Reservation Policies
Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Guests must be 18 years or older. Payment will be taken at the time of reservation, and additional charges, if applicable, will be processed later. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $50 admin fee.
Rates: Our rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and applicable taxes are included. As we aim to provide the best experience for our guests, rates may be subject to change without prior notice. Any rates advertised on the Bear Den website or promotional materials may increase or decrease at the discretion of the hotel. Rates are based on standard room occupancy (1-2 guests) and are subject to availability. If paying via PO – there will be an additional service charge added to your stay.
No Show Charges: We understand that plans can change, but failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation, may result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card or via PO. For the convenience of all guests, this fee will cover the WHOLE STAY, as there is high demand for rooms in the Chisasibi area.
Group Reservation: For large group or block reservations of 6 or more rooms, a deposit of 20% of the total cost will be needed to confirm the booking, and the reservation will follow the same cancelation policies as outlined above.
Children: To maintain the peaceful and tranquil environment that Bear Den offers, we kindly request that all guests be 18 years of age or older to stay at our establishment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the stay will receive a 100% refund but will incur a $50 admin charge. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the stay to avoid the total charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will not be charged.
