GUIDELINES TO ENHANCE THE COMFORT & SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS
At Bear Den, we take great care to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We kindly request that you and your party adhere to the following policies to the hotel property:
Guest Policies
Check-In Requirements: Guests must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID and a pre-approved credit card at check-in. Early arrival is offered based on availability.
Check-Out Procedure: Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please check out with our staff (819-678-0823) so that housekeeping can begin cleaning the room promptly. Late check-out requests should be made in advance and may incur additional charges.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests are expected to keep noise levels at a respectful low during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Visitors: No visitors are allowed after 9:00 p.m. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest and are not permitted to use guest amenities.
Special Requests: At Bear Den, we value your comfort and satisfaction. We take note of all special requests made during reservations and strive to accommodate them to the best of our ability. However, please note that the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Animal and Service Dog Policy: No animals are allowed at Bear Den, except compliant service dogs, subject to specific rules and registration.
