At Bear Den, we take great care to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We kindly request that you and your party adhere to the following policies to the hotel property:

On Site Policy

Terms & Conditions: Bear Den makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate. However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that the information provided on this website is error free.

WIFI Access: Complimentary WIFI is available for registered guests. Please contact the service number provided for any connectivity issues.

Right to Refuse Service: Bear Den reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for non-compliance with our policies or disruptive behavior.

Parking at Own Risk: All vehicles must be listed at check-in. Bear Den assumes no liability for parked vehicles.

Lost And Found Policy

Lost and Found Policy: Bear Den is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Lost items found after departure will be kept for up to seven (7) days. We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by Canada Post. Your credit card will be charged packaging and postage. A separate receipt will be emailed to you. Bear Den is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by Canada Post.
