Reservation policy

Guaranteed Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. Guests must be 18 years or older. Payment will be taken at the time of reservation, and additional charges, if applicable, will be processed later. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $50 admin fee.

Rates: Our rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and applicable taxes are included. As we aim to provide the best experience for our guests, rates may be subject to change without prior notice. Any rates advertised on the Bear Den website or promotional materials may increase or decrease at the discretion of the hotel. Rates are based on standard room occupancy (1-2 guests) and are subject to availability.

No Show Charges: We understand that plans can change, but failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date for a reservation guaranteed with a credit card may result in a No-Show fee being charged to your credit card. For the convenience of all guests, this fee will cover the WHOLE STAY, as there is high demand for rooms in the Chisasibi area.

Group Reservation: For large group or block reservations, cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellations are made after this period, a charge equivalent to one (1) full room charge plus tax will be applied for each room reserved, and the remaining reservations will be canceled accordingly.

Children: To maintain the peaceful and tranquil environment that Bear Den offers, we kindly request that all guests be 18 years of age or older to stay at our establishment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the stay to avoid the total charge.
