GUIDELINES TO ENHANCE THE COMFORT & SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS

At Bear Den, we take great care to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We kindly request that you and your party adhere to the following policies to the hotel property:

Room Policies

Room Entry: For the safety and privacy of our guests, keys or room entry codes will be issued to registered guest(s) upon check-in. Please note that keys or room codes will not be issued to youth under 18 years of age at any time. If you have misplaced your key or forgotten your code and require another, identification will be required for verification. Additionally, please be aware that your room entry code will automatically expire at 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Housekeeping/Room Inspection: Our housekeeping services are available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We take pride in being a 100% non-smoking and non-vaping hotel, which includes medical marijuana. To ensure that all rooms are rented in appropriate condition, we strictly prohibit smoking, cooking, or bringing any prohibited items into our facility. If, upon inspection, we find evidence of smoking, cooking, or prohibited items, a fine will be levied, and guests may face eviction without any refund.

Linen Changing: At Bear Den, your comfort is of utmost importance to us. For guests staying multiple nights, our housekeeping team follows a rotation schedule for changing bed linens. Additionally, used towels are exchanged for fresh ones every three days or as needed. We kindly ask guests to remove personal items from the bed to facilitate the linen-changing process. In the event that housekeeping is unable to change the bed due to personal items left on it, a note will be left in the room. However, if all personal items are removed, housekeeping will be more than happy to change the bed linens and make the beds within our advertised rotational schedule.

Maximum Occupancy: Standard rooms have a maximum occupancy of 1-2 guests. Exceeding this limit may require renting another room or vacating the hotel.

No In-Room Party Policy: Parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Non-registered visitors are only permitted until 9:00 p.m.
