GUIDELINES TO ENHANCE THE COMFORT & SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS
At Bear Den, we take great care to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for all our guests. We kindly request that you and your party adhere to the following policies to the hotel property:
Safety Policies
Smoke and Vape-Free Policy: Bear Den is a 100% smoke and vape-free facility. Smoking or vaping of any kind, including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs, and other substances, is strictly prohibited inside our premises. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the facility will result in a cleaning fee of $500.
No-Cooking and Fireworks: For safety reasons, guests are not allowed to use cooking appliances such as hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, or any open flames in the guest rooms. Barbecue grills, combustibles, and fireworks are also not permitted on hotel property. Meals can be ordered from our restaurant partner, BakeCree, or ready-made meals will be provided on weekends.
Illness and Epidemics: Guests with contagious diseases may be refused accommodations. In the case of sickness during the stay, please notify the staff promptly.
Maximum Occupancy: Standard rooms have a maximum occupancy of 1-2 guests. Exceeding this limit may require renting another room or vacating the hotel.
In Case of Emergency or Fire: Please notify Bear Den staff in the event of a fire or emergency. Emergency exits and gathering points are indicated on the back of each room door. The hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors the emergency evacuation plans on the door of each guest room.
